Das wäre eine andere Diskussion, meine Herren. Hier geht es um die Umsetzung des gesetzlichen Auftrags, die Sitzzahl des nächsten House of Representatives konkret zu bestimmen.

Ich plädiere im Übrigen dafür, die vor wenigen Legislaturperioden noch aktuelle Zahl von 7 Sitzen wieder für das nächste House of Representatives festzulegen. Insbesondere verspreche ich mir davon, dass dann eine größere Chance besteht, dass sich mehr Abgeordnete an den Diskussionen und Abstimmungen beteiligen, als es zuletzt der Fall gewesen ist. Zudem dürfte dies auch der aktuellen Bevölkerungszahl, um dieses Argument aufzunehmen, angemessen sein.
