Das ist ein guter Ansatz, denke ich. Allerdings ist die Frage etwas grundlegender: Entweder wir betreiben die medizinischen Einrichtungen und Sie setzen die Unterkünfte daneben, eine Seite wird Auftragnehmer der anderen oder wir bilden ein Joint Venture.
