Honorable Representatives:

Gemäß Sec. 4/3 No. 3 der Standing Rules ist durch den ehrenwerten Kollegen Clark die Neuwahl des Speakers beantragt worden. Die dafür notwendige Unterstützung, von 2/3 des Hauses, liegt vor. Ich eröffne die Kandidaturenliste und bitte um Kandidaturen.

Ich setze die Kandidaturenfrist auf 72 Stunden fest.

Innerhalb dieser Frist hat sich ein Kandidat gefunden.

Die Kandidatur des Congressman aus Freeland wird abgelehnt, da diese nach der offiziellen Kandidaturenfrist erfolgte.

Die Abstimmung wird umgehend eingeleitet.
