Honorable Representatives ! The question before the House is whether it shall agree to the Motion to be read by the Clerk.
Votes can be entered into the Records of the House by the

Nays . The presence of a member not voting will also be put into the Records if declared (

An amount of 96 hours without increment is reserved for the entering into the Record. Records will be closed on this motion in the discretion of the Chair, if a majority on the motion is reached or can not be reached.
Judicial Reform Bill Amendment (2) Zum Richter am Supreme Court (Associate Justice of the Supreme Court) und zum Obersten Richter der Vereinigten Staaten (Chief Justice of the United States) erfolgt die Ernennung für eine Amtszeit auf Lebenszeit mit Beratung und Zustimmung des Senats mit einer Zweidrittelmehrheit der abgegeben Stimmen. Ein Richter wird in den Ruhestand versetzt, wenn er dies beantragt oder er über einen Zeitraum von vierzehn Tagen unentschuldigt seinen Amtspflichten nicht nachkommt. Der Chief Judge kann darüber hinaus die Versetzung in den Ruhestand empfehlen, wenn ein Federal Judge offensichtlich längerfristig verhindert ist.
