BA 2011/05/001 - Consitutional Correction Bill



Dear Commoners,

zur viertägigen Abstimmung steht folgender Antrag von Commoner Wells.

Constitutional Correction Bill

Article I : Purpose of this bill
Dieser Entwurf soll die fehlerhafte Nummerierung der Verfassung von Astoria State berichtigen.

Article II : Changing the Constitution
(1) Article VIII der Constitution wird in Article VII umnummeriert.
(2) Article IX der Constitution wird in Article VIII umnummeriert.

Article III : Entry into force
Dieses Gesetz tritt nach Erfüllung aller geltenden Vorschriften in Kraft.


Stimmen Sie mit AYE wenn Sie dem Entwurf zustimmen,
stimmen Sie mir NAY um das Gesetz abzulehnen
oder stimmen Sie mit Abstention um sich aktiv zu enthalten.

Das vorzeitige Beenden der Abstimmung ist laut Standing Orders frühestens 24 Stunden nach Erreichen einer Mehrheit möglich.
Die Abstimmung dauert 96 Stunden.
