July 2007 Election Amendement Bill

Section 1
(1) Dieses Gesetz regelt die Wahl des Repräsentantenhaus und die Senatswahlen in den Bundesstaaten Assentia, Astoria State und Chan-Sen im Juli 2007.
(2) Dieses Gesetz soll als ÑJuly 2007 Election Amendement Act" bezeichnet werden.

Section 2
(1) Für die Wahl des Repräsentantenhauses und die Senatswahlen in den Bundesstaaten Assentia, Astoria State und Chan-Sen im Juli 2007 finden die Bestimmungen von Section 3 (2) des Election Act keine Anwendung.
(2) Die Wahl des Repräsentantenhauses im Juli 2007 wird vom 27. Juli 2007 bis zum 31. Juli 2007 stattfinden.

Section 3
(1) Dieses Gesetz tritt mit seiner Verkündung durch den Präsidenten der Vereinigten Staaten in Kraft.
(2) Dieses Gesetz verliert am 1. August 2007 seine Gültigkeit.
