In Sec. 5 des Privacy Protection Act sind alle Vorkommen des "Secretary of the Interior" durch "Attorney General" zu ersetzen.

Section 2: Coming into Force
Dieses Gesetz tritt gemäss den verfassungsmässigen Bestimmungen in Kraft.

ich sehe keinen Grund, meine Zustimmung zu verweigern. Was hält der Antragsteller davon, gleichzeitig Sec. 4 PPA entweder zu ändern oder aufzuheben, weil sie in der derzeitigen Form keinen Regelungsgehalt hat?

Honorable Members of Congress,

zur Anmerkung von Miss Monroe möchte ich kurz selbst anmerken, dass sich die Administration und nicht zuletzt mein Haus, nach und nach durch alle Gesetze gewühlt hat. Daneben wurden alle Anregungen ausführlich im Kabinett besprochen. Ich bitte daher diese Tröpfchen-Taktik der Antragseingänge nachzusehen.

Die Administration ist natürlich bereit Mr Clarks Vorschläge anzunehmen. Ich schlage daher dem Antragsteller und Ihnen folgende, veränderte Formulierung vor:

Privacy Protection Act Refresh Amendment Bill

Section 1: Corrections
In Sec. 5 des Privacy Protection Act sind alle Vorkommen des "Secretary of the Interior" durch "Attorney General" zu ersetzen.

Section 1: Removal of Criminal Offense
Sec. 4 des Privacy Protection Acts ist ersatzlos zu streichen.

Section 2: Coming into Force
Dieses Gesetz tritt gemäss den verfassungsmässigen Bestimmungen in Kraft.


Kommentaren und weiteren Verbesserungsvorschlägen stehen wir selbstverständlich offen gegenüber.
