Senatoral Election - January 2010

Ladies and Gentlemen,

nach der Bekanntgabe zum Election of Congress Act, ableitend von der Constitution, hat im Monat Januar die Wahl zum Senator statt zu finden.


Die Wahl beginnt am Dienstag, den 12. Januar 2010 und endet am Sonntag, den 17. Janaur 2010


Kandidaturen sind bis Dienstag, den 05. Januar 2010, 23.59 Uhr hier einzureichen.

Aktiv und passiv wahlberechtigt sind Bürgerinnen und Bürger dieses Bundesstaates, die am ersten Wahltag seit mindestens zwei Wochen die Staatsbürgerschaft besitzen. Aktives Wahlrecht ist zudem an die Eintragung in das zur Wahl gehörende Wählerverzeichnis gekoppelt.


Der Zeitplan zur Wahl zum Präsidenten gilt äquivalent zur Senatswahl.

Zur Wahl des Senator von Chan Sen traten an:

Auf die Kandidaten entfielen:

Ja - 2 Stimmen
Enthaltung - 0 Stimmen


Somit erreicht bei einer Wahlbeteiligung von 100% der Kandidat Jenson Wakaby die nötige Mehrheit. Er ist damit zum Senator gewählt.
