The question before the house is whether the Assembly approve motion 2017/08/2.

Votes in form of Aye, Nay, or Abstention will be accepted.

Standing Order Motion Amendment and Retroactive Permit

Section 1 - Abolishment of written reasons for Amendments
Art. 5 Ssc. 8 der Standing Orders ist hiermit aufgehoben.

Section 2 - Retroactive Permit
Die Assembly stellt fest, dass es in der Vergangenheit wiederholt zu formellen Verstößen gegen die Geschäftsordnung, insbesondere gegen die Bestimmung der Art. 5 Ssc. 8 Standing Order gekommen ist. Im Interesse der Rechtssicherheit erklärt die Assembly alle diese Verstöße hiermit für unbeachtlich, sofern die betroffenen Anträge von der erforderlichen Mehrheit angenommen und kein berechtigter Commoner zu Unrecht von der Abstimmung ausgeschlossen wurde.

Section 3 - Coming into Force
Dieses Amendment ist nach der Beschlussfassung durch die Assembly durch den Speaker der Standing Order anzufügen, die Änderung der Section 1 ist zudem durch Streichung umzusetzen.
