Wo dann bitte?

Im Büro des Präsidiums hat es mal überhaupt nichts zu suchen...
Die Ausschüsse haben ihre "eigenen" Befragungen und diese wurde ohne Einbezug der Ausschüsse beantragt.
Wenn nicht im Plenum, dann schon vielleicht noch eher im Senat, okay, aber wo ist jetzt da der große Unterschied?

Außerdem muss es ja nicht im großen Plenarsaal sein, Nebenräumlichkeiten (welche man deswegen ja nicht extra einrichten muss) könnten dieses Aufgabe übernehmen.
Es doch wohl nichts Essentielles worüber wird hier sprechen... oder?
