2015/01/01 ASAA Director Amendment

Honorable Commoners,

Governor Quinn Michael Wells hat folgenden Gesetzesvorschlag in die Assembly eingebracht:
ASAA Director Amendment

Article I

Article III, Sec. 1 des Astoria State Amnesty for the poor Act wird wie folgt neu gefasst:

Sec. 1 - Leadership
1. Der Director der ASAA wird durch den Gouverneur nominiert und nach Hearing und Bestätigung durch die Assembly für eine Amtszeit von sechs Monaten ernannt.
2. Sollte der Posten vakant fallen so übernimmt der Sozialminister, sollte es keinen geben der Innenminister, sollte auch kein Innenminister ernannt sein der Gouverneur die Aufgaben des Director solange bis ein geeigneter anderer Kandidat gefunden ist.
Die Dauer der Aussprache wird auf zunächst 96 Stunden festgesetzt. Dem Antragssteller steht die erste Wortmeldung zur Begründung zu.
