ID SWITCH AUTOMATION BILL
Only Section - Amending the Citizenship Act
Art. 4 Sec. 3 wird eine neue SSec. angefügt, die wie folgt formuliert sein soll:
(9) Die ehemalige Federal-ID wird zur State-ID in ihrem Heimatstaat, sofern der Federal-ID nicht bereits eine andere State-ID in diesem Staat zugeordnet ist.
