Ladies and Gentlemen,

in Folge des Mandatsverlustes des Senators für Astoria State Mr. Daryll K. Sanderson am 20. Februar 2014 haben umgehend Nachwahlen zum Senator für den Staat Astoria State stattzufinden.

Aus diesem Grund setzt das U.S.E.O. folgenden Zeitplan an:

Monday, March 9th

Ankündigung der Wahlen; Veröffentlichung des Zeitplans; Beginn des Zeitraums zur Einreichung von Kandidaturen

Friday, March 13th

Ausschlussfrist für die Einreichung von Kandidaturen

Saturday, March 14th

Öffnung der Wahllokale

Thursday, March 19th

Schließung der Wahllokale und Verkündung der Wahlergebnisse

Die Wahlen beginnen am Samstag, 14. März 2015 und enden am Donnerstag, 19. März 2015.

Kandidaturen zum Senator für den Staat Astoria State sind bis Freitag, 13. März 2015, 24:00 Uhr, hier einzureichen.

Wahlberechtigt ist, wer:
1. wer am 1. März, 0:00 Uhr, Staatsbürger der Vereinigten Staaten war,
2. am 14. März 2015 das 18. Lebensjahr vollendet, seinen Wohnsitz im Staat Astoria und sich in das Wählerverzeichnis zu den bundesweiten Wahlen im Monat Jänner 2015 eingetragen hat,
3. das aktive Wahlrecht nicht durch ein gerichtliches Urteil vorübergehend verloren hat.

Wählbar ist, wer:
1. spätestens seit 1. März 2015 Staatsbürger der Vereinigten Staaten ist,
2. am 14. März 2015 das 21. Lebensjahr vollendet und seinen Wohnsitz im Staat Astoria State hat,
3. das passive Wahlrecht nicht durch ein gerichtliches Urteil vorübergehend verloren hat.

Ich möchte an die Durchführung dieser Wahl erinnern. Generell hat Astoria State inzwischen ein eigenes, neues Wahlgesetz für Nachwahlen für das Senatorenamt, ob dieses aber für diese Vakanz greift möchte ich mir nicht zu beurteilen anmaßen.

Dann dürfen Sie sich glücklich schätzen, dass Ihre Partei einst mit einem Vorstoß gescheitert ist, der Ihre Äußerung unter Strafe gestellt hätte. Sie dürfen sich aber sicher sein, dass ich weder unter dem Einfluss von Rauschmitteln stehe, noch abgesehen von Nikotin, Alkohol und Koffein solche bislang konsumiert habe. Sollten Sie derartige Äußerungen öffentlich wiederholen, werde ich mich gezwungen sehen auf Schadenersatz zu klagen. Ich lasse mir zwar viel bieten, aber nicht alles.
