Zu Toto und Harry: glaubt man wiki, gehen sie nicht mehr gemeinsam auf streife, sind aber beide an verschiedenen wachen noch im Dienst.
Also der Bekannteste, den ich getroffen habe, war wohl Gerd Schröder. Ansonsten halt einige MdL/MdB, und in letzter Zeit waren auch mal Fußballer aus der zweiten Bundesliga dabei. Und ein Basketballer, bei dem ich sicher bin dass er irgendwann bekannt sein wird :D

Außerdem: Pseudojuristisch ist das ganze wohl eher nicht. Er hätte auch Artikel 5 Absatz 1 des Grundgesetzes nehmen können

Das ABGB ist nur ein einziges Gesetz, die österreichische Zivilrechtskodifikation, erlassen im Jahre - aufgemerkt 1812 unter dem Langtitel "Allgemeines bürgerliches Gesetzbuch für die gesammten deutschen Erbländer der Oesterreichischen Monarchie" und bis heute in Kraft. Das hat also rein gar nichts mit Nostalgie zu tun, sondern ist die völlig korrekte Bezeichnung dieses Gesetzes.
