Und Facharbeiten können in NRW auch nicht durch Seminare, sondern nur durch Projektkurse ersetzt werden. In wieweit das deckungsgleich ist, kann ich nun nicht sagen. Das Fach "Recht" gibt es prinzipiell auch bei uns, nur wird es (fast) nicht angeboten. ;)

Ich weiß es halt nur von meiner Frau (G9-Jahrgang noch), dass die weder Seminare haben konnten, noch Recht als ordentliches Fach, sondern nur als externe AG. Aber ich finde das eh irre, wie viele Unterschiede es da gibt.

Edit: Man kann in Bayern nicht eine Facharbeit durch ein Seminar ersetzen, sondern im G8 sind Facharbeiten generell weggefallen, stattdessen macht jeder ein W- und ein P-Seminar (Bei mir war das W: Verfassungsrechtliche Beurteilung der (nachträglichen) Sicherungsverwahrung im Hinblick auf die aktuelle mediale Diskussion" und das P-Seminar im Fach Sport "Gestalten eines Pausenhofs für eine sportlich-aktive Pause"

Wie das eigentlich in Deutschland, wenn ich während meiner Schulzeit von z. B. Bayern nach sagen wir Hessen oder Sachsen umziehe. Schule ist da total anders, ich hatte bisher vielleicht völlig andere Fächer und komme im Unterricht möglicherweise kein Bisschen mit. Muss ich dann da einen Einstufungstest machen und u. U. mehrere Klassen zurückgehen, oder wie funktioniert das? :kritischguck

Ich weiß nur, dass eine ehemalige Mitschülerin von mir in Bayern immer ziemlich schlecht war, in Hessen aber ein Einserabi hingelegt hat und meines Wissens (!) keinen gesonderten Test machen musste oder so, sondern sich aussuchen durfte, die letzte Jahrgangsstufe nochmal zu machen oder weiter vorzurücken nach dem Umzug.
