Das ist ja auch die Empfehlung, weil das Eindringen per se nicht das gefährliche ist, sondern die Begleitgewalt vgl. dem Raub. Die psychischen Schäden durch die Erniedrigung stehen auf einem ganz anderen Blatt.
Der Vorteil des "Sich-Fügens" liegt darin, dass dann zwar die Vergewaltigung vielleicht nicht tatbestandsmäßig erfüllt ist, aber dafür der Versuch fehlgeht und der Rücktritt nicht möglich ist. Und der Versuch eines Verbrechens ist erstens stets strafbar und kann milder bestraft werden, muss aber nicht.

Wenn man aber die Parallele zu Denkzettelfällen zieht, fällt es schon schwer, den Gewaltfreier einer Sich-Fügenden nicht wegen vollendeter Vergewaltigung zu bestrafen, aber leider nur Mm.
