Nun, die Bar Examination in Kansas besteht aus einem Essayteil und einen Multiple-Choice-Teil. Bei zweiterem kann man auswendig lernen, und bei ersterem könnte er einfach ein für ihn glückliches Thema erwischt haben. Während des Studiums wiederum kann er einen für ihn passenden Lehrer erwischt haben...

Und so reiht sich "happy little accident" an "happy little accident". :crazy
