Nicht SO vorbereiten, ich mein: Rucksack packen, Holster packen, rausfinden wer wo KTW-Dienst hat und bei wem sichs für mich am meisten lohnen würde die dazuzuholen, nochmal alle wichtigen möglichen Szenarien durchgehen, Rucksack nochmal kontrollieren, Dienstkleidung bereitlegen, Armbanduhr zur Dienstkleidung legen, Rucksack und Holster wieder innen Schrank, Ersatzbatterien für das Doclight dazupacken etc pp... somal es ja um nen Einsatz im Sanitätsdienst und nich inner FF geht :D

Nein, du sollst nicht... Ich hab auch erfolgreich aufgehört und es ist nocht so schlimm. Und bei dir wärs ja auch net so schlimm wenn du nochwas zunimmst...
