Honorable Commoners,

folgendes Problem: Die Aussprachedauer für den verfassungsändernden Entwurf bezüglich der Nachwahl des Senators ist eigentlich bereits vorbei, es wurde nicht rechtzeitig eine Verlängerung beantragt. Allein der Abwesenheit der Vorsitzenden ist es zu verdanken, dass bis dato diskutiert werden kann, schon der letzte Änderungsentwurf ist aber eigentlich nicht mehr zulässig gewesen.
Wir müssen die Gesetzeslücke aber schnell schließen. Ich würde daher folgendes anraten: Diejenigen, die das prinzipiell ähnlich sehen, stimmen dem zur Abstimmung stehenden Entwurf zu, im Nachgang wird, je nach Ausgang der Abstimmung, ein Entwurf vorgelegt, der einen Verweis auf ein Staatsgesetz vorsieht, und zugleich ein Staatsgesetz einführt, das unter Anderem explizit das Verfahren bezüglich State- und Side-IDs regelt.

Ich würde ja hoffen, dass die Vorsitzende die Aussprache unbürokratisch verlängert. Sollte dies nicht der fall sein, kann man auch gleich das neue Gesetzespaket parallel einbringen und ein direktes Ende der Aussprache beantragen

eine unbürokratische Verlängerung sieht die Geschäftsordnung leider nicht vor, und in der Vergangenheit wurde das recht streng gehandelt - was auch der einzige Weg ist, das Verfahren unanfechtbar zu machen.

Honorable Commoners,

Als Gouverneur und Commoner habe ich derzeit viel Arbeit in Exekutive und Legislative, dazu kommt seit einiger Zeit die Stellvertretung für die Vorsitzende des Staatsparlaments, die verhindert zu sein scheint.
Ich kann auf Dauer nicht all diese drei Ämter ausüben. Sollte sich bis Montag die gewählte Vorsitzende nicht in der Assembly zurückmelden, werde ich mich gezwungen sehen eine vorzeitige Neuwahl zu beantragen.

gegenwärtig muss ich das sogar leider, und bevor jemand der Assembly vorsitzt der sich bislang nicht ein Mal konstruktiv eingebracht hat, mache ich das lieber noch bis zum Ende meiner Amtszeit als Gouverneur weiter. Ich bin aber zuversichtlich, dass sich bald ein geeigneter Kandidat finden wird.
