Ich habe es gelesen. Und als Katholische Theologin kenne ich - über das Kirchenrecht - auch die grundsätzlichen Prinzipien und Funktionsweisen der Rechtswissenschaft. An diesem Gesetz ist nichts "witzig", es ist notwendig um Ermittlungspersonen bei einer Leichenexhumierung rechtlich abzusichern.

Es steht dort nicht, dass die Exhumierung erlaubt sei, sondern nur, dass sie statthaft sei. Nur weil etwas statthaft ist, muss es dennoch erst noch zugelassen und vor allem begründet werden. Aber ja, darob lacht der Laie. ;)

Aber noch mehr bringt einem zum Lachen: "Wenn ein Grenzstein verrückt [...] geworden ist" ;)

@Ford: Um deine Frage von vorher zu Beantworten:

Bei ein "HTLer der nicht trinkt ist wie ein Sinus der nicht schwingt" ist folgendes gemeint:

Eine HTL (Höhere Technische Lehranstalt in Österreich) ist im Normalfalle nur überlebbar wenn man um die 18 Promille Alkohol im Blut hat.
Und mit ein Sinus ist in dem Falle eine Sinusschwinung in der Wechselstromtechnik gemeint. :P
