Nein, ist es nicht. Aber wenn man keine Ahnung hat, könnte man das wohl denken. Ich habe dazu gestern im "Zitat des Tages" übrigens einen sehr schönen Beitrag von Jakob Augstein verlinkt, was die Verfahrenseinstellung angeht.
Strafrechtlich ist das Downloaden von Musik reichlich irrelevant, wenn, geht es in der Regel um zivilrechtliche Forderungen. Das ist dann nochmal ein ganz anderer Aspekt. Ich bin manchmal wirklich erschüttert davon, was für dumme Menschen sich im Internet rumtreiben, und die da auch noch Dinge kommentieren, von denen sie ähnlich viel Ahnung haben wie ich von der Theologie der Zeugen Jehovas.

Man darf sich natürlich blamieren, man darf aber auch darauf hinweisen dass es dämlich ist sich zu Dingen zu äußern, von denen man absolut nichts versteht. Und, lieber Marvin, nochmal für die GANZ langsamen unter uns: Die Grundrechte sind überhaupt nur Rechte gegenüber dem Staat, nicht gegenüber einem anderen Menschen. Also haben sie in einer Diskussion wie hier eigentlich rein gar nichts zu suchen, da ich nicht Vertreter des Staates bin.

Frei übersetzt heißt es in etwa:

Seine Meinung mit dem Verweis auf das Recht auf freie Rede zu rechtfertigen ist so etwas wie eine ultimative Offenbarung, denn man sagt damit eigentlich, dass das Überzeugendste, dass für seine Position anführen kann ist, dass es nicht illegal ist, sie zu vertreten.
