Honorable Commoners,

President Hamilton hat die Aufnahme des folgenden Gesetzes in die State Library beantragt:




State Symbols of Astoria State and Capital Act


Article 1 - The State Symbols

Sek. 1 Der State Symbols of Astoria State and Capital Act bestimmt die offiziellen Staatssymbole und den Sitz der Hauptstadt des Bundesstaates Astoria State.


Article 2 - Generals

Sek. 1 - The flag



Die Flagge des Bundesstaates Astoria State zeigt auf einem Tuch fünf horizontale blaue Streifen, sowie vier horizontale weiße Streifen. In der linken oberen Ecke befindet sich ein blaues Quadrat. In diesem Quadrat befinden sich fünf kreisrund angeordnete gelbe Sterne.

Die Farbe Blau in der Flagge soll immer dem Hex-Wert # 003366 entsprechen.

Die Farbe Gelb in der Flagge soll immer dem Hex-Wert # e2dc33 entsprechen.

Sek. 2 - The Great Seal



Das Große Siegel des Bundesstaates Astoria State ist kreisrund gehalten. Das Wappen ziert ein blumenförmiges Gebilde auf schwarzem Untergrund und zeigt eine Szene aus der Kolonialzeit der Vereinigten Staaten. Ein gelbes Banner durchzieht das Wappen mit der Aufschrift „Astoria State“. Die Umschrift des Wappens auf blauen Grund lautet in weißer Schrift „The Great Seal of Astoria State“ und „Dona Nobis Pacem“

Sek. 3 - The further symbols

( 1 ) Der Spitzname des Bundesstaates lautet „Liberty State“.

( 2 ) Das Staatsmotto lautet: "Dona Nobis Pacem" ("Gib uns Frieden").

( 3 ) Die Staatsfarben sind Blau, Weiß und Gelb.

( 4 ) Die Staatsblume ist der Küstenrhododendron (Rhododendron macrophyllum).

( 5 ) Der Staatsbaum ist der Zucker-Ahorn (Acer saccharum).

( 6 ) Der Staatsvogel und Tier ist der Rotkehl-Hüttensänger (Sialia sialis).

( 7 ) Der Staatsfisch ist die Bachforelle (Salvelinus fontinalis).

( 8 ) Das Staatsinsekt ist der Vizekönig Falter (Limenitis archippus).

( 9 ) Das Staatsreptil ist die Schnappschildkröte (Chelydra serpentina).

( 10 ) Die Staatsfrucht ist der Apfel (Malus).

( 11 ) Der Staatsedelstein ist der Astorianische Blaue Topas.

( 12 ) Der Staatssport ist Fußball.


Article 3 - The State capital

Sek. 1 - Location und function of the State capital

( 1 ) Die Hauptstadt des Bundesstaates Astoria State ist Greenville.

( 2 ) In der Hauptstadt tagt das Parlament (The Assembly) von Astoria State, hier befinden sich der Amtssitz des Gouverneurs und der übrigen Mitglieder der Staatsregierung sowie die Sitze der Staatsregierung nachgeordneten Behörden des Staates Astoria State, sofern diesen nicht gesetzlich ein anderer Sitz zugewiesen wird.




Sie haben gemäß State Library Introduction Act und den Standing Orders der Assembly nun 96 Stunden Zeit, darüber zu entscheiden.

Honorable Commoners,

mit 6 x Aye ist bereits eine unumstößliche Mehrheit erreicht. Die Abstimmung war auch bereits mehr als 24 Stunden geöffnet, so dass sie jetzt geschlossen werden kann.
