Aus diesem Grund setzt das U.S.E.O. folgenden Zeitplan an:

Ankündigung der Wahlen; Veröffentlichung des Zeitplans;
Eröffnung der Kandidaturenfrist

Sonntag, 19. Mai 2013

Ausschlussfrist für die Einreichung von Kandidaturen

Dienstag, 21. Mai 2013

Öffnung der Wahllokale

Sonntag, 26. Mai 2013

Schließung der Wahllokale und Verkündung der Wahlergebnisse

Die Wahl beginnt am Dienstag, den 21. Mai 2013 und endet am Sonntag, den 26. Mai 2013.

Kandidaturen für das Amt des Governors sind bis Sonntag, 19. Mai 2013 um 24:00 Uhr, hier einzureichen.


Wahlberechtigt ist:
1. wer am Tag des Beginns der Wahl Staatsbürger der Vereinigten Staaten ist und seinen Hauptwohnsitz in diesem Staat hat,
2. wem das aktive Wahlrecht nicht durch ein gerichtliches Urteil vorübergehend aberkannt worden ist.

Wählbar ist:
1. wer am Tag des Beginns der Wahl Staatsbürger der Vereinigten Staaten ist und seinen Hauptwohnsitz in diesem Staat hat,
2. wem das passive Wahlrecht nicht durch ein gerichtliches Urteil vorübergehend aberkannt worden ist.

Enthaltungen: 0 Stimmen

Der Kandidat Quinn Michael Wells hat somit die notwendige Mehrheit erreicht und ist zum Governor of Astoria State gewählt.

Die Wahlbeteiligung lag bei 66,67%
