Und jetzt? Ich hatte ab der 2. Klasse bis zur 9. durchgehend eine 1 in Deutsch, ich kenne die deutsche Grammatik gut genug.
Mein deutscher Arbeitgeber und mein österreichischer Lehrmeister diskutieren auch ständig. Mein Arbeitgeber meint "Es lädt" mein Lehrmeister "Nein es ladet".
Ich rede/schreibe verständlich genug und besser als so mancher Österreicher, also reicht das schon.

So, jetzt spricht der Germanist.
Besser gesagt er lässt sprechen, nämlich das Digitale Wörterbuch der deutschen Sprache (DWDS). Ergebnis meiner Recherche: Beides geht, allerdings wird er/sie/es ladet als Umgangssprache gekennzeichnet.
