ich beantrage eine Aussprache zu folgender Vorlage:

VETO CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT BILL

Article I - Amending the Constitution

Article III, Sec. 5 der Verfassung von Astoria State wird wie folgt neu gefasst:
Sec. 5 Veto of the Governor
(1) Der Gouverneur kann gegen alle Gesetzesbeschlüsse, die nicht den Wortlaut der Verfassung ändern oder ergänzen, binnen sieben Tagen seinen Einspruch erklären. Der Einspruch muss begründet werden. Die Assembly berät daraufhin über den Einspruch. In einer Abstimmung, die eine Dauer von mindestens 48 Stunden haben soll, stimmt die Assembly dann über den Einspruch des Gouverneurs ab. Stimmt die Assembly dem Einspruch und seiner Begründung mit absoluter Mehrheit zu, so ist der ursprüngliche Beschluss aufgehoben.
(2) Ist sein Einspruchsrecht erloschen oder der erklärte Einspruch überstimmt, so hat der Gouverneur das Gesetz zu unterzeichnen und öffentlich zu verkünden.

ich beantrage eine Aussprache zu folgender Resolution:

Resolution of the Assembly of Astoria State

Die Assembly von Astoria State, als Vertretung des Volkes von Astoria State,
- stellt fest, dass der Gouverneur verpflichtet ist, ein Gesetz, bei dem sein Veto überstimmt ist, unmittelbar auszufertigen.
- stellt fest, dass dies im Falle der "No discrimination in health care Medicare revison bill" nicht geschehen ist, obwohl der Gouverneur mehr als einmal darauf hingewiesen wurde.
- rügt dieses antidemokratische und verfassungswidrige Verhalten des Gouverneurs ausdrücklich.
- fordert den Gouverneur auf, seinen Pflichten nachzukommen, das Gesetz auszufertigen und sich fortan an die Verfassung zu halten.
- fordert den Gouverneur auf, sein Amt niederzulegen, wenn sein Gesundheitszustand keine vernünftige Amtsführung mehr ermöglicht.
