In der Gesamtforenübersicht steht bei jedem Unterforum die Zahl der Threads und Beiträge. Und da habe ich zufällig bei "Freeland" vorhin die 8000 gesehen. Und zu dem Zeitpunkt war der Post im Golfclub der Neueste. Hätte ich um die historische Bedeutung dieser Einlassung gewußt, hätte ich mir vielleicht etwas Tiefsinnigeres einfallen lassen ;)

Der CoS ist dem Governor's Office zugeordnet, es ist das Office of the Governor gemeint, nicht die Stellung des Governors, wie ich das sehe.

Nein. Das Prefix zeigt an, dass das Büro des CoS zum "Office of the Governor", also zur Behörde des Governors (vgl. Bundespräsidialamt) gehört.
