zur Abstimmung steht folgendes Gesetz zu einem Verfassungszusatz, welches von Councilor Nunokawa eingebracht wurde.

Es sind mindestens zwei Dritteln der Stimmen der Mitglieder des State Councils notwendig um der Verfassung den Zusatzartikel hinzufügen.
Die Abstimmung dauert 96 Stunden oder bis alle Councilors abgestimmt haben oder bis eine unumstößliche Mehrheit für oder gegen den Gesetzvorschlag erreicht ist.

die Abstimmung ist beendet, da der angesetzte Abstimmungszeitraum verstrichen ist.
Die Sitzungsleitung zieht sich nun zurück um sich ein genaues Bild vom Abstimmungsresultat zu machen:
Da die Verfassung eine Mehrheit von 2/3 aller Councilor für die Zustimmung vorsieht kann das Resultat mit dem Einzug in den State Council von Ms. Baker in die eine oder andere Richtung gehen, je nachdem wie man die Gesamtheit der State Councilor sieht: zu Beginn der Abstimmung bzw. zum Ende der Abstimmung.

Vier Coucilors stimmten für die Verabschiedung des Verfassungszusatzes
Consitution / Article IV / Section 3 / Subsec. (1) Es sind mindestens zwei Dritteln der Stimmen (entspricht 67%) der Mitglieder des State Councils notwendig um der Verfassung den Zusatzartikel hinzufügen.
Zu Beginn dieser Abstimmung hatte der State Council
sechs Mitglieder, welchen der komplette Abstimmungszeitraum zur Verfügung stand ihre Stimme abzugeben.
Es sprachen sich somit
67% der Councilor für den Verfassungzusatz aus.
Somit ist der
3rd Constitutional Amendment Bill durch den
State Council angenommen .
