2014/10/06 Impeachment of Governor Matilda Bohannon

Honorable Commoners,

Commoner Meyer hat die Amtsenthebung von Governor Matilda Bohannon beantragt.

Gemäß Article II Section 6 Subsection 2 der Constitution of Astoria State muss ein solcher Antrag von einem Drittel der Mitglieder der Assembly gestellt werden. Das sind bei derzeit 15 Commoners insgesamt noch vier weitere Commoners neben Commoner Meyer.

Sie erhalten hiermit - analog zu Article 5 Paragraph 4 der Standing Orders - die Gelegenheit, sich innert 96 Stunden dem Antrag von Commoner Meyer anzuschließen.

Der Antrag wird zur Abstimmung gestellt, sobald mindestens vier weitere Commoners erklärt haben sich dem Antrag anzuschließen, sofern dies innert der nächsten 96 Stunden erfolgt.

Honorable Commoners,

ich stelle fest, dass der Antrag von Commoner Alexander Meyer auf Amtsenthebung von Governor Matilda Bohannon von fünf weiteren Commoners unterstützt wird.

Auch nach dem Ausscheiden von Commoner Darlington aus der Assembly bedarf ein Antrag auf Amtsenthebung des Governors der Unterstützung von derzeit insgesamt fünf Commoners.

Dieses notwendige Quorum ist erreicht. Der Antrag wird somit zur Abstimmung gestellt.
