Mr. Speaker,
auch dieser Entwurf entstammt nicht meiner Feder sondern der, der Administation. Begründung für den Entwurf ist folgende:

Der Start of the bsEcoSim Account System Act ist insofern obsolet, als dass Section 2 schon vor einiger Zeit abgeschafft wurde. Daher bleibt nur Section 1 und 3 übrig, die einen Vertrag vorsehen, der allerdings schon zu Zeiten der ersten Präsidentschaft von Mr. Varga gekündigt und die darin vorgesehenen Tools durch das aktuelle Wahltool (und damit verbunden einem neuem Vertrag) ersetzt wurde. Damit sind alle Klauseln des Gesetzes nicht weiter nützlich und das Gesetz sollte komplett abgeschafft werden.


Mr. Speaker,
ich werde diese Bill vollends mittragen. Ein Gesetz, welches einen Vertrag vorsieht, der nicht mehr existiert, ist unnötig und kann weg

Ist die Bill nicht bereits durch die Kündigung des zugehörigen Vertrages obsolet geworden? Zumal das Gesetz ja nur die Einführung und nicht die Ausführung geregelt hat.
