Das Staatsbürgerschaftsrecht sieht ja die Angabe des vollständigen Namens vor. Kann da ein Einzel-Name (Der also zeitgleich Vor- und Nachname ist bzw auf eins davon verzichtet) diese Voraussetzung erfüllen?

ich habe mich das auch gefragt. Ich denke ja. Weil wir kein Namensrecht haben, das vorschreibt dass ein vollständiger Name aus einem Vor- und einem Nachnamen besteht. Das gilt z.B. auch für Samuel Shelton III. Theretisch könnten wir jetzt auch sagen, dass Mr. III zwei Vornamen hat. Wäre aber seltsam. Da es keine Regel gibt, kann Mr. Kane auch einfach Kane sein. Würde ich denken.

Wenigstens in Astoria State kann er so aber nicht heiraten :D Da setzt das Eherecht nämlich die Findung eines gemeinsamen Nachnamens voraus, wobei ich da davon ausgegangen bin dass diese Rahmenbedingung (dass ein Name aus Vor- und Nach- bzw. Familienname besteht) erfüllt sein sollte (Während die Aufzählung am Namensende eben in meinen Augen auch einfach so ein generell anerkannter Fakt ist).
Bislang hat ja auch niemand was anderes versucht, was jetzt eine durchaus interessante Konstellation ergibt :D

Ja, den habe ich damals testweise hier gebastelt, da wir uns in Albernia mit einem Update auf das WBB3 befasst haben. Da aber bald Weihnachten ist, sind wir dort mittlerweile (*hust*) auf dem Weg in Richtung WBB4. :thumbsup:
