Ich möchte die Rechte der Arbeitnehmer weiter stärken, indem gesetzliche Arbeitspausen festgelegt werden. Eventuell sogar sollten wir auch die Arbeitszeiten verkürzen. Meiner Meinung nach sind motivierte und gesunde Mitarbeiter viel produktiver und effektiver.

In Gewisserweise betrifft es aber den Ökonomischen Bereich, also Ihr Department. Wird es die Wirtschaft arg Schwächen oder eher stärken, wenn wir die Arbeitszeit heruntersetzen? Und wie reagiert die Wirschaft darauf? Sind wir dann als Standort noch attraktiv? Das sind so unsere Überlegungen, eher wir auf Teufel komm raus, etwas sozialverträglicheres auf den Weg bringen.
