Federal Employees Appointment Amendment Act
An Act to amend the Federal Employees Act related to the appointed Positions in the Federal Administration.

Section 1 - Amendment of the Federal Employees Act
(1) Chp. I Sec. 6 SSc. 3 des Federal Employees Act wird aufgehoben.
(2) In Chp. I Sec. 5 SSc. 3 entfallen die Worte "des Civil oder Military Services".

Section 2 - Coming-into force
Dieses Gesetz tritt entsprechend der verfassungsrechtlichen Bestimmungen in Kraft.
