Section 1 - Amendment
Art. I. Sec. 3 Ssec. 3 Pt. 2 Federal Election Act wird folgendermaßen abgeändert:

Section 2 - Entry into Force
Dieses Gesetz tritt nach seiner Verkündigung in Kraft.
