Protection of unborn life Bill
An act to ament the Federal Penal Code in order to protect unborn children.
Section 1 – Amendment to the Federal Penal Code
(1) Ssc. 3 des Chp. 2 Art. I Sec. 8 des Federal Penal Code (Abortion) erhält folgende Fassung: (3) Ein Schwangerschaftsabbruch ist nicht rechtswidrig, wenn er aus ärztlicher Sicht erforderlich ist, um eine Gefahr für das Leben oder die körperliche und geistige Gesundheit der Schwangeren abzuwenden.
(2) In Ssc. 4 des Chp. 2 Art. I Sec. 8 des Federal Penal Code werden die Worte "zwölf Wochen" durch "acht Wochen" ersetzt.
(3) In Ssc. 2 des Chp. 2 Art. I Sec. 8 des Federal Penal Code wird "Verbrechen der Klasse D" ersetzt durch "Verbrechen der Klasse C" und "Vergehen der Klasse A" ersetzt durch "Verbrechen der Klasse D".
Section 2 – Coming-into force
(1) Dieses Gesetz tritt entsprechend der verfassungsrechtlichen Vorgaben in Kraft.
(2) Soweit eine Beratung nach Chp. 2 Art. I Sec. 8 Ssc. 4 Federal Penal Code bei Inkrafttreten dieses Gesetzes bereits erfolgt ist, darf die Maßnahme in der damals geltenden Frist durchgeführt werden. Gleiches gilt, wenn in den Fällen des Chp. 2 Art. I Sec. 8 Ssc. 4 Alt. 1 Federal Penal Code bereits ein Termin für die Durchführung der Maßnahme nachweislich vereinbart war.
